Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of fresh fruit, vegetables, milk or bakery items once they have been delivered.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
- Spoiled or not fit for consumption
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the affected items. We’ll investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund.
